Omelio provides a pre-arrival guest request management platform for accommodation properties. By using this service, you agree to these terms.

2. For guests

The guest form is provided on behalf of the accommodation property you are staying at. By submitting the form, you consent to your information being shared with that property and processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. For properties

Properties using Omelio agree to use guest data only for the purpose of preparing for the guest's stay. Properties are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their staff login credentials.

4. Limitation of liability

Omelio is provided "as is". We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the service, including but not limited to translation errors or service interruptions.

5. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
